2025.4 Release Notes

You can add personalized notes on each client(s) protocol session - your client CANNOT see these notes only clinicians/technicians/office staff that have clinical software access/logins - it will NOT tell you WHO left the note. 

Your clients can now record a brain map at home! 

1. Changed the 'X" in the corner of the dashboard drawer to an arrow, so it does not look like the 'X' to close the entire application.

2. The "Send Message" button should be changed to "Messages" so that it does not appear as if an automatic message will be sent without the opportunity to edit the message.

Checking "Training Now" will show your clients who are actively doing a training session or just finished up a training session. Makes it easier for the clinician to monitor their client's sessions in real-time

Sessions are automatically saved, so the button was redundant. 

You can now delete single sessions under your clients protocol!

You now have the option of 'Light' and 'Dark' mode. This is found in Settings on the software.

The default setting for the thermo update rate in the proportional tones protocol has changed to 200ms.

You will now see the screen below before a training session starts. This second screen will appear, displaying your current connections. This allows you to deal with any initial connection issues without using any of the actual training session time.

All of your data is now synced in real-time, and the local database is no longer needed. This completely removes the startup delay on your computers. 

After you log into the software, it will just say "Authenticating" and then send you to "Brain Mapping" and "Brain Training"

It will no longer include Steps 1/4 through Steps 4/4, with the "How about that coffee?" tidbit. 

The new Home Training and Home Brain Map credit format allocates credits in a pool, allowing them to be assigned and reassigned to clients as needed. This allows for the transfer of unused credits back to the pool so that they can be reassigned to different clients. 

You can also choose when to start any client's unlimited weekly credits.

You can now purchase home training and home brain map credits in bulk for a discount. 

 

You will now receive an error message if the software doesn't get a good reading on a specifical channel(s). This ensures quality maps each time to avoid a client needing to return for a re-map due to a bad recording. 

EMG display will now turn red once it's over EMG gets to 5uV or above

Your Home Trainers can now have multiple protocols at one time to use from home!

IF THIS CLIENT ALREADY HAS AN ACTIVE PLAN​ - you will get this message below, so you can now decide if your client will now be able to PICK which training session they're doing at home. If you want BOTH plans activate for your client make sure you "unselect" the checked message

***Please walk thru/communicate with each client which session they will need to do and when if they will have multiple available - we cannot transfer sessions from one protocol to the next (example - if your client selects their active18 protocol but they put electrodes on for their active 16 protocol - the session will have to be deleted, it cannot be transferred)

Sessions will now cut off at 4 minutes, up from 3 minutes, to give you an additional minute before the credit is taken from the client.

You can delete individual sessions from training plans

You can now save custom protocols to save and easily access for clients 

You will click "load" custom protocol to see your saved protocols - protocol name can be changed 

Alpha-Theta sessions have been updated to include the Dominant Frequency for a session. This can be viewed both during a session and on past sessions as well.

A new shortcut has been added to the Training Plan dashboard. Double-clicking on a Training Plan Card will take you directly to the Training Plan Details area

 

     

At the end of a home training session, the client is now given a positive reward for completing the session.

Clients can now easily track the number of sessions they have completed from the Home Training home screen.
